Equine and Epicure
Travel should be “out of the ordinary, sometimes extraordinary” and that is what we will share with you. Seeing the world from a horse gives you a unique perspective. On a horse you can be sitting amongst giraffe in Africa, trotting through a village in Rajasthan with the local children running to meet you, ascending the Tufa in Cappadoccia to see an 8th century Hitite church, looking down to Macchu Picchu or cantering the El Camino Real of Oaxaca watching beautiful Zebu oxen tilling the fields after exploring a pre-columbian ruin. At the end of the day scrumptious food and refreshing beverages are just what is needed – Mole and Mescal, Ceviche and Chicha, Dolmas and Raki, Cold beers and Dosa, Coq au Vin and a glass of Burgundy. Whether you are planning a riding holiday, a gourmet tour or have no idea what you want to do, I hope reading this site will assist in your decision making
